Candida albicans phylome accessible through Candida Genome Database
By tgabaldon
From April 4th 2011, phylogenetic trees including Candida genes are directly linked from the Locus Summary page of each gene at Candida Genome Database. This is the main database storing genomic information from Candida albicans and related yeasts, linking to phylomeDB thus complements CGD by providing relevant phylogenetic analysis as well as orthology and paralogy predictions. The link is found at the "external links section" at the bottom of the Locus Summary Page.
PhylomeDB trees are also linked from other databases, including, among many others, SGD, GenBank, and UniProt.
